Does the FG ruleset come with a copy of the rulebook pdf?

The release notes thread implied that it should be in the /docs folder, but I don't see it there

I think the release notes were referring to a PDF of the FG ruleset user guide, not the rulebook. https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?62734-ALIEN-RPG-User-Manual

I believe the user guide is no longer in PDF format and is superseded by the FG Wiki page here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/1748205569/Alien+RPG
