Help with tokens

Hi Yall, im just asking everyone for some help with character sheet tokens! So, for some reason, the general token folder's tokens are fine load with no isse, BUT once I put then in a character sheet and load the token from that if had a large white box around it? Any chance I can remove that?

Character portraits need to be square to avoid any padding around the image. Otherwise, I'm not entirely clear where the issue is - could you upload a screenshot showing the problem please?

Sorry to bother you but after about an hour the issue fixed its self
