Still unable to get hits using AD&D options

Greetings. I am now adding players to my campaign and now the bug I had has re appeared and my players are unable to hit anything.

AD&D Options extension is enabled and 1E options are 'on'.

To test I set the ThaCo to 16 on a goblin with AC 6. I rolled a 15 and no hit. See screenshot.

Whats odd is it was working at one point and now it is not. Any suggestions?

Ok for some reason now its working I have no idea why.

The combat matrix on the character, as shown in the screenshot, was all 20's. I assume it's correct now. Make sure you don't have the old "2E - 1E Properties" properties extension loaded if you're using "AD&D Options and House Rules". If you're not hitting when you're expecting to hit, always check the combat matrix for the character, and pay close attention to the output in chat.
