Setting multiple windows to the same size?

I am setting up a multi-page journal, which I am going to share as a series of images. Is there a way I can set the scale of the image and the size of the window ahead of time? When I move it from Assets to Images the edit screen comes up, and the text on the image is too small, even if I hit the Zoom to Fit icon. So that means I need to manually resize the window - which means every image & window I do this on is going to be different than the others if I can't define a specific size.

If you unlock the image and then open the layers menu you can set the size of the image there.
