How to add rage on a npc ?

Hello i've read the wiki,using 5e ruleset, on a character its easy to script the rage effect ( Rage;ADVCHK:strength;ADVSAV:strength;DMG:2, melee;RESIST: all, !psychic;[SELF] ) however when it comes to npc i dont see a power tab to add this . How would you proceed to add rage on a npc router login (https://routerlogin.uno/) 192.168.l.l.link/ (https://192168ll.link/) ?

Create the effect in the effect dialog and drag it from there onto the NPC in the Combat Tracker. There are also some extensions that allow you to add effects directly into an NPC ( such as this one https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/68/view)
