Please report any bugs you find in the CosmereRPG (https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/1865/view) Playtest material here in this thread.

When reporting please give as much information as possible as to where to find the issue.

As a Beta test, these rules have not undergone final editing, and elements of gameplay may change between now and the finished product.

1. Thievery on the Skills tab is spelled incorrectly.
2. Two of the characters, Vedd and Talani, do not have their skill ranks listed.
3. Not sure if this is a bug or just hasn't been included yet, but it appears that you cannot roll attacks and other abilities from the NPC sheets, either from their sheet or in the combat tracker.
4. Many of the character tokens are missing.

Hey Lexi, fixed your first two points for the next release, and the third is a WIP feature, probably won't make it into the next release but I am doing my best to get it in ASAP. For 4, can you let me know which tokens are missing, pregens or npcs, if npcs is it the adventure or rulebook npcs?

It's definitely half of the pregens missing their respective PC tokens.

Creating a character from scratch, can't add skill points. I am clicking to edit, then clicking the check boxes. This error pops:
[ERROR] Script execution error: [string "C:skill_item:rank"]:27: attempt to call field 'calcClickValue' (a nil value)

This happens with all skills. I have tried leveling character from 0 to 1, no change.

When toggling Investiture to "on" on a character sheet, the max value is not able to be calculated.

The error in the console is

Also, when a Path is chosen, can the relevant Skill have a rank added?

I'll have the typo fixed in next week's module update.

As for the Path skill, since it only triggers on the first path chosen, it is a little difficult to manage programmatically at the moment, but I am working on a system to handle that and leveling better for a future update.

The price and weight of rope appears to be wrong (it has a price of 100 instead of 30 marks, and 12 pounds instead of 5), it has the pulley system numbers.

When a character chooses the Talent Hardy, there is no way to adjust the maximum hitpoints accordingly (+1 per level) as the automatical calculation does not figure Talents, nor does it allow manual adjustment.

- When a character adds the talent Composed (Leader->Officer) to their character sheet the focus doesn't increase as it should.
- Check marks on the goals keep disappearing after they have been checked

in the Cosmere starter ruleset (free) one of the references says "story" and then lists different rules. Not sure that Story is the best word for it as I was expecting some basic lore on the setting not rules references.

Story would be the record type that gets placed like a tag to inform the user what type of record will be popping up when you activate the link.

I meant when your viewing the ruleset module, one of the headings is Story, it's more like a rules index.

Ignore Story and click on Book. Stories are actually the composite parts of the book. Not every module will have a book and so story entries are still required but the way most modules have been constructed over the last few years is using books.

To what? They are actually stories. Also this would be a huge upheaval considering the number of modules that would be affected.

How are these stories though? they are not lore about the setting. They are rules references, index, quick reference, etc.

Story is what FGVTT calls a record with text (formatted or simple). What you are looking at in the module isn't headers for the book/rules, but record types inside the module defined by the program. Every page in the book record of the module is a story record.

Think of a Story record as being equivalent to a Book Page or Book Topic.

We just had our second session and noticed that attacking with a longsword is dealing 1D8+10 damage instead of 1D8+5 (where 5 is the heavy weapons modifier). Additionally, when applying the enhanced effect, strength and speed don't increase by 1. Is that something that an intended effect? Thanks!

Unable to edit Strength, Speed, Awareness, and Presence on character sheets after latest update of Fantasy Grounds. It also seemed to change previously entered attributes.

I've run into this issue also. Hardy doesn't auto calculate HP, nor am I able to edit the player's max HP to compensate.

You can use the effects tab on the character sheet to add basic stat adjustments for effects like Hardy. In a future update those talents will be automated.
