Call of Cthulhu Ruleset, frustration

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a D100 Chaosium Cthulhu / Runequest Ruleset.

Ok, I have checked every post relating to this topic, it appears that some masters here use a Cthulhu ruleset but don't want to share it, for Licences reasons.
And as I am the last noob in dealing with XML modification, I cannot make my own ruleset. I have all the original rulebooks, I honnestly bought them and can prove it.

Then how can I obtain help to get such a ruleset ? I have sent private messages to the people using them, but I never had any answers (I don't even know if they've been read)

I guess this is as good a place as any for this announcement ...

Digital Adventures is in the final stages of reaching an agreement with Chaosium for an officially licensed CoC ruleset and accessory products for Fantasy Grounds (ie. just waiting for the paperwork to be signed). Work on the ruleset has already begun, and we're confident of a summer release.

This ruleset is being developed by the same people that presented their work in this forum. Once it is an officially licensed product, we'll be able to do much more with CoC products down the road ... provided we all make our sanity checks, of course.

Hopefully, Fantasy Grounds (or Digital Adventures-Chaosium) would be willing to sell/distribute some kind of "bundle package" where we can buy something like:

The Fantasy Grounds II "Call of Cthulhu BRP Ruleset Edition"

1 Keeper/GM server software
5 Player licenses
Call of Cthulhu ruleset/software and license
