Tasha's Spells on Existing Character

I've got a small problem quite similar...
The cantrip Green-Flame Blade doesn't appears in the spell selection when my player want to choes it... in the SOURCE is :
"Artificer (Tasha), Sorcerer (Tasha), Warlock (Tasha), Wizard (Tasha)"
and in a second version of the spell (maybe one is for player and the other is for DM) the SOURCE is :
"Artificer, Sorcerer (New), Sorcerer (optional), Warlock (New), Warlock (Optional), Wizard (New), Wizard (Optional), Eldritch Knight (New), Eldritch Knight (Optional), Arcane Trickster (New), Arcane Trickster (Optional)"

I put in Feats the features "additional Wizard Spells (Option)" but in the list, Green-Flame Blade doesn't appears... like a lot of other spells in Tasha

How should I do to make it appears?

in addition, I just see that the spells I can't see in lvl up selection spells il the spels in the Wizard (New) Spell List.
I can find them in "Spellcasting (Wizard)" in "Features"
"Spellcasting (Wizard)" is composed by : "Wizards Spells" and "Wizard Spells (New)"

Does the player have Tasha's players book loaded?

The only class that will show a spell list in the character wizard in Tasha's is the Artificer, since that's the only class with a spell list.

For any other classes everything in Tasha's is optional so the character wizard doesn't list everything that is available in Tasha's since the DM has to specifically allow it. So after you have created the character you can go into the class and drag in any optional features that you want.

Green Flame Blade is listed as a spell in the spell list (click on the spell tab on the right) and you can drag that into the character; it's also listed in the Class spell lists from the library for various classes and you can drag it into the actions tab from there. Green Flame Blade is a new wizard spell in Tasha's rather than one from the expanded wizard spell list - and as with everything in Tasha it's an option (having said that I think the spell first appeared in the Sword Coast Adventure Guide a long time ago).

So, in short, using any of the optional features in Tasha's is generally a manual process.

I already do that bu this spells doesn't appears in selection for my player, I need to drag and drop the spel from the "spells" menu. when my player lvl up it's impossible for them to see this spell in the spell list availlable for them class

(and yes the books is loaded for all player)

If you have shared Tasha's Cauldron of Everything (Players); and if your player has activated the module then they can access Green Flame Blade from multiple sources. If they aren't seeing this then either you haven't shared the Tasha's player module (it i shared by default); or your player hasn't activated the module.
