New and Need help!

I am sure this is a total newb question, but I am on the forge and I have added some maps to my inventory. But I have no idea how to download and add these maps to fantasy grounds! There is no link or anything that indicated how to download the asset. I actually tried googling and youtubing but this just leads to two hour videos on how to create maps!

On your dashboard (first window that appears when you start Fantasy Grounds), you click on the 'Check For Updates' and it should download the new purchases.

Note: New Forge Items or updates do not cause the button to illuminate - when the button glows that means the core FGU software is out of date. But when the button is pressed it does find and update anything that is not the latest Forge version. Once you do update, depending on what you got - you may need to activate the extension or open a module (or both) to see the content.
