Max damage

Hello

How may I have a weapon dealing maximum damage ?
Everytime or only against a type of creatures ?

There's no effect which would do that so you'd have to do it manually. You could create a new weapon line and replace the damage dice with a modifier that is equal to the max damage. There may be an extension which does this on the Forge.
