Is there a way to fix the GUI so the columns line up?

I keep seeing this problem of things not lining up and it's a little annoying. Here's an example of Init, Hull, etc. not lining up.

Does it appear so without your extensions loaded? I see something that is not in the vanilla ruleset. It would be the Ship Control checkmark.
