I am on the hunt to add to my collection of assets. I am a monthly subscriber but right now I am trying to find decent art assets for a variety of statues to be placed on maps. But finding them online has led me into a wall so I'm reaching out to the community here. Does anyone have any recommendations for art packs or places to download and make my own assets? I have no issues paying for good art if it is available but the options for statues to be placed on maps seems sparse! Any help would be appreciated!!

The Forgotten Adventures team have a nice selection of map-making assets, including statues - you can browse their gallery here: https://www.forgotten-adventures.net/live-gallery/

You can download their entire archive (or individual assets) for free, and if you use Dungeondraft you can subscribe to their Patreon to get access to their pre-made asset packs.

They also have complete maps and creature / character tokens available, some of which are free and some of which require either payment or a Patreon subscription for.

The Vintyri Project. The resources are pretty old so they are not as high resolution as things made today, but still work well. I use it in CC3+, but have not ported it into FG yet. This looks like the version you might want to bringing into FG, but you can go up a level and find other versions (such as the CC3+ version). I use the Devin Knight tokens and drop the color right down to just a greyscale.

Are you referring to monster/PC tokens or map assets? Either way, got a link?

You can use tokens as map assets. Use the paint layer and drag the token that you want into the stamp tool. Then adjust the colour until it's gray scale and then stamp the token onto the map.

This is specifically Devin Night, as mentioned by JohnD: https://immortalnights.com/ They have some free token packs, and also lots of tokens in the FG Store - scroll through the many pages here: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/?sys=-1&pub=24&typ=-1&search=&sort=1

Or use any other tokens you find that you like - lots in the FG store and also in the Forge. There's also plenty of Patreon authors who regularly create tokens.

Don't know how I didn't think of this. It's an incredible deal. So many maps, so many tokens/symbols. Kris does great work.
