Hello everyone, I have purchased the Vampire the Masquerade ruleset on steam, and it does not show up on the DLC section in my library. When I navigate to the store page for the DLC and click the play now button it comes up with an error that I don't have a valid license, but the title is "Fantasy Grounds Classic". The store page says that it requires classic or unity, I have unity. I also tried purchasing through this site and it's not showing up on my steam page for Fantasy Grounds DLC. This is a real head scratcher. Anybody got any advice? Thank you.

Update: Solved. It looks like this isn't a ruleset but actually just a module for the world of darkness ruleset so I was looking in the wrong place. It also didn't help that the screenshots on steam are out of date which caused me additional confusion. Thank you to everybody who helped to answer.

Did you sync your Steam Account?

Have you bought stuff from Steam before? Where and when did you buy your license?

Hello, yes my steam account is linked. I "purchased" the VtM companion in steam and it shows under my DLC (it's a free source book for the ruleset). I am currently trying to find something free to purchase on here to see if it shows up in my steam library and syncs. But on my purchases page in here it does show all my steam purchases so I'm pretty sure it's work correctly.

Sorry please see my response above. I'm new to the forums and didn't see the reply feature before.

Purchases in the web store will not appear in Steam. There is no good mechanism to sync that data in that direction. I’m not sure if that’s what you are asking specifically.

Hello Moon,

I purchased in the steam store first and it didn't show up in my DLC. When I go to the page on the steam store I get an error that I don't have a license (I have ultimate), it seems to want a classic license but it's supposed to work with both classic and unity.

It’s dual linked in Steam, which gets a little tricky in their interface. Please reach out to our support team via the Support link above, and we can see if they can help or we can you escalate to Steam.

I think you'll need to activate your Unity license on Steam. In your Steam library click on Games on the top menu bar and select Activate a Product on Steam. Then enter your Unity license into the box and install. You should then re-sync your Smiteworks and Steam accounts and you should then be able to d/l your DLC.
