HELP: My tables data has been deleted

I had dozens of hours into a homebrew module and campaign that i was working on, and all of my work is completely gone now, all my uncatagorized data is simply gone, ive tried using an older db.xml file, but nothing is working

Can you please provide screen shots of your campaign folder with file sizes and dates displayed.
Can you please Compile Logs and attach here.
What were you doing when the issue occurred?
Is your FG Data folder in a cloud synced or otherwise live backed up location?

i dont know how to compile logs
I literally just went to sleep, updated fantasy grounds when i woke up and all my data was gone
and my folder is saved locally on my hard drives

Good news is you still have session data from the last session so the roll back wont be too bad.

First, I always say make a copy of whatever you are going to change just in case. But also here is the steps.
