Amnesiac Background

I have a character who is trying to use the Background Amnesiac, but FGU says it can't do the stat choices for player picks 2 and Gm picks 1. How would we code that so can pick 3 stats for that background.. Did a search of the Forum's and could not find it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rare backgrounds all have quite specific rules implementations, so it's hard to automate these within FG.
