Roleplay & Combat mix: 50/50 mix of roleplay and combat
Number of Players in game & needed: currently we have 3 players and are looking for 1-2 more players to round out the group
Character starting level & equipment: 8th level and we will discuss starting items during character creation
Character restrictions: no real restrictions just what is in the official source books
Details of your scenario: just your standard Tyranny of Dragons campaign the group has just finished the Hoard of the Dragon Queen. the players managed to survive the climax of that adventure without crashing the castle.
About the group: we've been playing 5e together for a few years and a couple of our players had to dropout due to big life changes which meant they couldn't continue playing. those of us remaining have had experience running 5e campaigns and tend to lean more on the roleplaying side of side of things. the current line up of player characters in this campaign are; a Dwarven Paladin of vengeance who has selective memory when it comes to times he's been defeated in combat, a forge cleric of bahamut who was former gold dragon cursed by bahamut (currently an elf) who reincarnates into a new being everytime he "dies", and our warlock/fighter who has just completed his character arc gaining revenge for his family and as a result is trying to turn away from his pact (it's complicated but he will most likely not use anything he has gotten from his warlock levels)
Who we're looking for: friendly players who don't mind the roleplaying shenanigans the rest of the party get up to, new players are very welcome as are experienced players, we don't mind min/maxers but keep in mind there are those in the group that don't play their character optimally for roleplay reasons
Edit: while we are currently playing through this older adventure this group is an ongoing group with the intention of the next campaign played being vecna eve of ruin
Edit#2: have filled all current vacancies in this campaign and as such are no longer seeking new players
