Cannot upload new Builds to forge

Hello,

Since yesterday, I have been attempting to upload both new and existing builds to the forge. Despite receiving a message that the uploads were successful, the builds do not appear to have been added. Is there a known issue that I might not be aware of?

There is moderation for new items, images, and builds on the FG Forge. What is the name of the item?

I don't see that in our build list.

Josh is our Forge dev and he is currently without power at his home. We will forward this to him to research, but it may take a few days to respond.
