Is it correct that every book is 2E, except the Pathfinder RPG - GameMastery Guide ?

Yes, that's correct, all the other books are for PF2 - I believe the inclusion of the PF1 GameMastery Guide is an error.

Products aren't tied to a license; they're tied to your user account. Add the products from the Humble Bundle to your FG account and don't use the Standard License, keep using your Ultimate License. If you know someone who could use a Standard license you can gift it to them within 7 days of adding it to your FG account.

The bundle's an amazing deal, there's less than 4 days remaining - grab it while you can!

These are the HB's that people get. By getting the PDFs, and then syncing your FG and Paizo accounts, you get a discount on the FG product since you have the PDF. It used to be the full price of the PDF of value off the FG product, but they have been changing that recently though I do not know exactly how much the discount is anymore.

You can get the humble bundle now, if you want, and then wait for the Holiday sales to arrive, usually there is a Cyber weekend sell and or a Christmas sale, which often corresponds to the Steam sales.
