Mr Handy Flamer arm Attachment

i do not see a flamer arm attachment for mr handy. do we just use the regular flamer weapon instead? or is it located in one of the supplements?

The flamer arm attachment is just the flamer weapon. You can see it in the equipment pack for Mister Handy.
