We rarely use multifloor maps, so this one must have slipped through the cracks.
All interactive/toggleable occluders (doors, secret walls, windows, terrain) are visible (can be highlighted and toggled) even when their corresponding layer is hidden. They do not occlude visibility when the layer is hidden, but if the cursor hovers over them, they will be highlighted for interaction (and can indeed be toggled on/off). This affects both host and client and is regardless of GM Only/Shared with Players Visibility status.
Tested on clean 5e campaign.
