Everyone,
All packs have been updated to a 'new' format as suggested by SmiteWorks.

Top-down tokens are still in the "tokens" folder, therefore they show up in an Assets filter for 'token'
Portraits are still in the "portraits" folder and are a seperate .ppk module. They will continue to show up in a portraits search.
Standup (2.5D images) have been moved to the "images" folder (from tokens). They will no longer show up in a 'token' filter/search, but will when filtered for 'Image'. All have "standup" in the name so you can search for them among other images.

xml has been added for all standup images. This means they should now have various heights and none should look squashed etc.

New pack, Divine Tokens, uploaded. This pack I have put a 100 gold ($1USD) cost to. This is because I want professional creators to feel there is money available for them too also create such packs and be able to make a living at it. Given this pack is substantial (over 20 personalities, 60+ images) and there is significant time invested in creating these I felt a small fee would help encourage other creators.

Two new packs; Martials and Underdark Denizens. And updates to the packs, Divine & Goblins.

The Martials includes characters that are appropriate for the various martial classes even though I have generally labelled them with non-class descriptions. For instance; "warriors" could be fighters, clerics, barbarians, warlocks, rangers, and even rouges who wear armor and carry martial weapons. "Scouts" includes martials who wear lighter armor and often ranged or finesse style weapons; such as rogues and rangers. And of course, these work well for NPCs such as bandits, armsmen, mercenaries, guards, and soldiers. This pack contains 22 martials, so I put a low price on it. Again, I want to encourage other creators.

Underdark Denizens is a motley collection. A handful of various hermits, with and without weapons. And a collection of a few others that I wanted to do for my Ultimate Undermountain module I'm creating. This includes a menacing lizardfolk mercenary that I needed down below!

As always, I would love to hear constructive feedback, good and bad.

Another note. I've noticed that my naming convention between the portraits and the other images is not consistent. i.e. the portrait folders are named things like "LE Divine" where the tokens and standup images are "Entrails Divine Tokens and Standups". Since you can't search on a 2 character string (i.e. "LE") I will be renaming all the portrait packs to "Entrails xyz" such as "Entrails Divine". This might mean your portrait links will break, and I'm sorry for this. But once this is resolved, it should make everything easier to use since you will be able to search for "Entrails Divine" and get the tokens, portraits and standups int he search results.

No promises on when I would get it done. But if anyone has a request for a specific image set (i.e. for a character or BBEG), let me know and I will see what I can do. I am limited to what HeroForge has available, but within those bounds there is quite a bit of variability. The type of info that would equipment held, help; race, skin tone, clothes/armor & colors, items at waist, backpack, weapons on the back, pose, etc.
