[BUG] Add PC to combat tracker via button menu produces consol error

Replicate:
1. Open CT
2. Click menu button
3. Add to tracker
4. Add PCs

Problem:

[3/28/2024 5:44:39 PM] [ERROR] Script execution error: [string "SavageWorlds:ct/scripts/ct_menu.lua"]:54: attempt to call field 'addAllPCs' (a nil value)

expected behaviour:

Copy PC on party sheet to CT
