Call of Cthulhu - Character sheet width

Hello,
I have noticed that it is not possible to change the width of the character sheet in the Call of Cthulhu system.
Is this a bug or a feature or am I missing something?

In DnD 5e this is no problem...

As far as I'm aware, this was a choice made by the developers of the CoC rulesets.

There is substantially more content on the CoC sheets than in 5E. It does not expand nicely horizontally so the option is removed.
