Broken images on the paint layer. Is this a bug in the latest update (march 2024)

Stamps on the paint layer aren't loading right. Once you try to move them they load but as soon as you zoom or pan on the map they break again. They just look like white boxes. Some work and some don't the broken ones are just duplicates of the ones that are loaded properly so it's not an issue with the png files I'm using.

Can you please provide a zipped up copy of your campaign folder, so I can pass along to our image developer?

Also, could you provide the logs? (i.e. enter /console in chat area, then click on Compile Logs button in the console window.
