Since 4.5, if I delete a combatant from the combat tracker on its turn (usually when it is dead), the initiative pointer is lost--the round counter is kept, but there is no pointer to the current initiative. Prior to 4.5, this action would have moved the initiative along to the next combatant, which is the desired behaviour. Does anyone know if this behaviour is related to one of the Options? I took a quick look, but nothing looks relevant.
