When reverting an image I had added an unidentified name to, I noticed the name did not revert. When I unlocked the image I was unable to edit the unidentified name field. When I locked the image it went away.
To recreate:
New 5E campaign
Load PHB
Open Image Acolyte
Unlock Image > add some text for the unidentified name > Lock Image
Revert Image record using button in header
The unidentified name is still shown
Unlock Image > the unidentified name text is still shown and cannot be edited
Lock Image > the unidentified name text goes away
Unlock Image > the unidentified name still cannot be edited
Close Image > Reopen Image > The unidentified name can now be edited
5E 2024-03-21, no extensions

Load PHB
