Hello,

Today, two of my players have great difficulties to launch FGU.
First, they have message about bad version, although they updated several times.
Then they uninstall/reinstall FGU, but the launcher is nowhere to find.
How fix the issue ?

The server has just had a slight glitch. Can you get them to close FGU completely and then try to update again.

EDIT: This also may be caused by some server maintenance that Doug is working on today.

We would need more information. What do you mean by message about bad version?

If the version of the client does not match the host after they have updated, then most likely, they changed the application folder in the FG Settings, but did not update the link they use to start FG. Make sure that the shortcut link they are using to start FG points at the exact same location as the Application folder setting in the FG Settings.

Please try it again now. I'm in the process of trying to improve our update server to shift the downloads of some files to a cached delivery network (CDN) for performance and to prevent us hitting our bandwidth caps. I reverted to an older version of the file for now, but I will likely be trying another attempt here shortly.
