FGU Version: v4.5.1 Ultimate

Summary:
Drawing a circle pointer causes a stutter in 3D camera movement in regular ~2s intervals.

Ruleset(s):
5e

Extensions/Themes:
none

Modules Loaded:
none

Operating System / Language Setting:
Windows 10 Home, 22H2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new 5e campaign
2. Create a map record from the FG Art Pack 2019 / Barn_map.jpg asset
3. Toggle 3D Camera mode
4. Move the camera around the map
5. Observe no stutter
6. Draw any non-circle pointer
7. Move the camera around the map
8. Observe no stutter
9. Draw a circle pointer
7. Move the camera around the map
8. Observe a stutter every ~2 seconds

The issue has been identified and should fixed in the next release update.
