Request to update Frame def in FG provided themes for metalplate

The FG dark theme at least still has this :

</framedef>

And no provided graphic for headerplate. The overlaying font may also need to be looked at. The paid theme I checked looked fine.

After looking at this again I think my issues is with subwindowsmalltitle font not being redefined in th "Dark " theme and staying its default color (set in the ruleset).
