4e D&D Encounter Window Buttons Missing

When I open an encounter window in 4.5.0 I get errors (see below) and the Add to Combat Tracker and Quickmap buttons are missing. I can still drag the encounter into the Combat Tracker to add the monsters to the tracker and map, but I hope this is on someone's to do list to fix. :)

Have you tested in a new campaign with no extensions?
The first thing to do is to determine if it's a FG issue or an extension issue :)

I tested with no extensions and got the same error. I created a new campaign with nothing loaded and also got the same error.
