Reference Manual - Duel Text Block with Frames gets offset (Core RPG)

I found this in 5E and also checked and it happens in CoreRPG, the Reference Manual entries get offset with "Duel Text Block" and also if both have "Frames." The text entries used to be next to each other and are next to each other if no Frames, or only one has a Frame.

I hope that makes sense. Not the end of the world, just reporting.
