Cursor Icon While Mouse-Over Links

Not a huge deal but:

Previously the cursor icon would always change from an arrow to a hand when mousing over a drag-able link (or text or token in CT, etc.).

This is still the case in most places, but it seems to remain an arrow now over link icons in open records.

Can you provide an example of which records are affected for you?

It looks like any open record link.

Open any NPC or Item move cursor over SW Dragon icon in upper left corner of header. Cursor remains an arrow (and "Drag Record Link" tooltip pops up).

Moving the cursor over the SW Dragon icon elsewhere changes the cursor from an arrow to a hand. (CT entries, closed records in databases). You also get the hand when moving the cursor over text in the chat box.

It's really not a big deal, just an inconsistency.

That should be pretty easy to fix, since that button is dynamically created for all records, and I should be able to adjust the template for it.
