Drag links MIA

In 5e, tried in both my campaign and a fresh one with and without extensions. Only started after the latest patch, but things with traits (ex; Backgrounds, Races, Classes etc) are having an issue with not being able to drag the links (button not there or showing). This is happening with both homebrew traits created within the campaign and the traits loaded from modules. Was working fine a couple of days ago but noticed it today when i went to copy a couple of things from another homebrew mod I'd made and couldn't reconnect the links due to no traits having the drag link. 60045

The drag link is that square in top left corner.

The class ability cards do not have the dragon square. Also, class abilities are not able to be opened for editing.
