Map Creation - Error when using A - scroll wheel

When using the A + Scroll Wheel hotkey to change the opacity of a stamp the map pans left. See video below:

I answered my question - Opacity is now F + Scroll Wheel.

I answered my question - Opacity is now F + Scroll Wheel.

F + Scroll Wheel affects the edge fade of the filled area. Opacity was remapped from A + Scroll Wheel to T + Scroll Wheel. (It's not necessarily obvious, but the text in panel has been updated to T). A is now part of WASD view navigation and so the fill edit key had to be remapped.
