Link in a Chart (Formated, non-rolling Table)

Is there a way to link a parcel or item into a formatted chart (non-rolling table) in a story or reference page? I have tried to do this, but the link falls to the bottom of the formatted chart, and I cannot seem to place it into either a cell, or at the beginning of a row. It would be mighty helpful if I could do either one of these.

Not at this time. The only thing that can be done to text based tables is standard formatting of the text
