Water effect broken from Fx

Hi,

I tried to create a water effect layer and the water is not shown- all other effects are fine, but bluring effect from waterr not?

It's working fine for me. Maybe play around with the options. If intensity is very low it may not be very visible that there's a watery effect.

done already - very strange, ocean is fine but water not

Can you post a screenshot of your image unlocked so that the side panel is visible; and the settings for the water fx is also showing.
