Does anyone know if this includes Ammo? And if not would the Extension Ammo Manager by Geone cause any conflicts?

I don't know. Did the video not show? Near the top left corner, under the rating is place for each Forge item to have a link to a forum thread about the item. That is the best locations since the creators usually monitor it for questions and support. The thread for this extension is; Mad Nomad Extensions (fantasygrounds.com) (https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forums/showthread.php?79344-Mad-Nomad-Extensions&p=699788#post699788) Which has a link to MNM's Discord server where he has channels for his extensions and you can ask him directly any questions you have.
