5E Death Markers not working.

Ive removed every extention and set icons for creature type and death markers fail to work.

We'll need more information. Have you set death markers? Can you screenshot your Death Markers window and your Death Marker sets window.

Ive removed every extention and set icons for creature type and death markers fail to work.

Death markers only trigger when there is a death (unconscious) state and leave behind a splatter. They do not show any other time or report any wound status. They are on a layer under the player layer and can be cleared from the map tool bar toggle or if you unlock a given map and delete the death markers.
