Importing Characters in 5E

Hi Folks,
I'm not sure if this is a 5E thing or just a general FGU issue. When choosing to import a character, the import character option now opens up what seems to be, every character that's ever been used (or something to that effect) on the "Import Character" screen. This is driving me nuts as it also includes multiple versions of the same character. Is there anyway to get rid of all of this so that it's empty or at least delete this list? I keep my characters (and all my players) in folders and it's getting a bit aggravating trying to figure out which version that you just imported if it has multiple others that you need to choose from. I've attached a file of what I'm speaking about (well if I did it right anyway). Thanks!

Yes, this is how import characters works. It will open every character that you have in any campaign. If you delete unwanted campaigns then the characters in those campaigns will also go away. It will tell you next to the character which campaign it is from. It sounds like you are importing the xml files though if you are keeping them in folders so if that is the case then the import character window shouldn't affect you.
