Connection Problems with Vista?

Since a couple of weeks ago I had a problem with players connecting. I was curious if anyone had a similar experience. They can connect after a re-boot but not if I have started the server more than once. Strange. I was curious if the new SP was responsible. I have Vista Business and have reinstalled FG. I haven't had time to mess with it yet.

Sorry I can't be much help, other than to say Vista Business is installed on my machines (one uses x86 and one uses x64) and bothe run without any problems.
