There's a Backgrounds campaign list available under the Character section of the right-hand sidebar. You can drag and drop an existing background onto the list to make a copy; or make a brand new one.

Are you referring to a rule set character background, or a UI graphics related question within Fantasy>? Please provide a little more context.

Those are called Decals. They are easy to set. More info: Background Decal - Fantasy Grounds Customer Portal - Confluence (atlassian.net) (https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/2168061953/Background+Decal)

Add an images to your assets - details on that here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/FGCP/pages/996640638/Using+the+Assets+Window+for+Tokens+Portraits+and+I mages

Then open the image from the assets window and click on "Set Background Decal".

I have got the decals part figured out, but i was looking for something else. Perhaps i am using the wrong terms but what im looking for is how to make my own backgrounds. Backgrounds/wallpaper/ desktop picture am i using the wrong words? thanks, i am slowly learning how to do things. i figured out how to make the decals and make a module. granted my mods are very basic. the mods ihave made are very basic. they are more of a collection on items/subclasses but thats it. i have not figured out how to add background (history, text) yet but im working towards that.

If you want to replace the full desktop image, then you have to explore defining frames (which are graphics that are sliced into 9 sections; and clipped/tiled across the areas that are smaller/bigger than the graphic defined). These are used for the tabletop background image, as well as window frames, field frames, etc. However, they have to be planned in a way that the tiling does not become too jarring.
