Moving FG II to a different hard drive

I puchased a new computer Sunday. Can someone walk me through what I have to do to move my FG II install and campaign files from my old hard drive to my new one?

Easiest would be to reinstall FGII on your new computer using the installer, then take the application data directory over to the new machine. The simplest way to get to this folder, is to use the shortcut in the Fantasy Ground II folder of the Start menu.
