New to SWADE how to level up

I see the novice area on the character sheet but I have no idea how to advance it. I can manually add 1-3 but how do I go from
Novice to seasoned?

What am I missing??

The 4th Advance takes a character to Seasoned. The GM can give Advances from the Party Sheet.
