I do not know if you are looking for free or bought programs.
If you search out the traveller map site you can get sector maps. Or if you search around there are some free examples out there.
On the paid side there is Campaign Cartographer and an add-on called Cosmographer.
A company called NBOS has a program called Astrosynthesis.

Traveller maps has a link that allows you to autogenerate maps...although recently i was having issues using it. Astrosynthesis was great in the day, but it is very dated. If you want to handcraft maps, yes Campaign Cartographer is good, but a bit of a learning curve unless you are good at those things.

Just make your own with NASA images - they are pretty good. Made this one super quick simply with some Nasa planet (mars in this case but you can do moons also) video - basic star background and cut/paste of image converted into webm vp8 and with use of ambient lighting masks. More unique and fits your requirements by using free resources and blending them yourself with tools like shotcut and other free video editors. At least for your own games - which is what I use them in.

I also made some hex mapping templates for star mapping (subsectors or larger custom star maps) in my CRW Hex Mapping forge item: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/1427/view It also includes planet templates, a customizable space combat map and a ton of assets. Check out the screenshots on the forge page.

You can't go wrong with Universe Sandbox or Space Engine and they both allow hi-res screenshots.
