Map resizing not working correctly

Something changed since we last played two weeks ago. When I right click an image and select View, Zoom to fit the image shrinks to less than 1" square and Zoom to Fill to about 1" square. I have to then manually resize the map back up to what I have gotten used to using the menu options to do.

If I understand the issue, I'm not seeing this in a D&D 5E campaign with no extensions.
What ruleset? What extensions are you using? Have you tried in a new campaign with no extensions? What image are you doing this with?

I’m not seeing this. Does this happen in a new campaign without extensions?
