Hi!

I have this recurring problem that the images (battlemaps basically) are not showing to players even if I share them and they have their tokens tracked to map from Combat Tracker. Everyone is running the latest version of Fantasy Grounds Unity.

We are playing D&D 5e Curse of Strahd. All the necessary modules are being shared to players.

Here attached are my logs and logs from a player who recently had this problem. I also attached a screenshot from him.

Anyone have any idea?

Do any of the players have light effects added to them in the combat tracker; or are there lights placed on the map? It looks like the lighting is enabled, but no lights are on map.

Providing a zipped up copy of campaign would allow easier investigation of anything like that.

The problem persists even with lights disabled and with them enabled and lighting effects placed on players.

I could surely zip the campaign. Any idea how that is done?

Right click on the folder with the campaign name on it and select sent to... compressed (zipped) folder.

MOD: moved from the Laboratory since this is not an issue with the test build.

It seems like you're experiencing an issue where players in your Fantasy Grounds Unity session are unable to see shared battlemaps, even though you're using the latest version and sharing all necessary modules. Here are a few troubleshooting steps that might help:

1. **Check Firewall and Anti-Virus Settings:** Ensure that your firewall or anti-virus software is not blocking outbound data. Sometimes, these security measures can interfere with the sharing of content in online gaming platforms.

2. **Revert to Default Settings for Curse of Strahd (CoS):** Since there have been issues in the past with updates to the CoS module, reverting the adventure or specific images to their default settings might solve the problem. You can revert the entire adventure by right-clicking on it in the modules area. To revert a specific map, right-click on the image in the campaign images. This action should pull in any updates or changes that have been made since you first downloaded the content.

3. **Reshare the Image:** After making the above adjustments, try resharing the image with your players.

4. **Clear Player Cache:** Advise your players to clear their player cache in the Fantasy Grounds settings from the launcher. This can resolve issues with loading content that has been updated or changed.

By following these steps, you might be able to resolve the issue with the images not showing up for your players. If the problem persists, you might want to reach out to the Fantasy Grounds support team for more specific assistance.

Thanks for help! Some of those things I have already tried, like turning off firewall and antivirus completely. We also tested cache clearing yesterday with no results.

Reverting changes I have not yet tried, so will test that as soon as possible.
