My players cannot open their characters

After multiple tries, players who connected with my server two weeks ago, guys who know how to use Fantasy Grounds, are getting errors.

That looks like you have an old extension or theme on the host. There have been a number of recent changes to make themes more consistent across the rulesets. I know there is a problem with one of the character sheet extensions.

Try turning off all extensions and make sure you only have one theme selected and make sure it's updated.

FYI, extensions off of the DM's Guild are not being updated when the creators upload updated versions for some reason

Thank you! That fixed it. Now I just need to figure out what I had that was bad. =) Everything I had was from The Forge, so there's something going on there.

Glady you got it working again. Since it seems to apply to players you might try turning on half your extensions and having one connect. That will help you speed up the process of elimination. Just be careful you don't assume it's only one extension - it probably is, but you can get burned on that assumption :(
