Missing Module

I'm preparing a campaign and noticed my "D&D Mordenkainen Presents Monsters of the Multiverse" is not listed under Module Activation. Every other module i own is there except that one.

-I have tried starting a new campaign with no extensions as I've found here that helped some
-i also tried deleting all the game data and doing a fresh install and update with no success.
-I verified in my game data that WOTC5EMPMOTM exists in the vault folder

I also apparently bought it twice, purchased this morning, noticed it missing, then discovered on my shop history that the order this morning isn't there (Even though paypal says the money was taken) but i apparently bought it last January according to the order history. everything else i ordered this morning is there and work properly.

any other ideas or things for me to do to fix this will be very appreciated.

I think possibly due to the double purchase - or an issue with your most recent purchase has caused an issue. If you contact support they'll be able to sort that out for you. https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals

Round 4 or 5 of doing the same things over and over again apparently have fixed it, if the duplicate purchase thing was the problem then it seems to have resolved itself.
