When asking for help, please supply your rule set if possible. I am assuming that DM=DnD5e.

Yes. Just drag items into the inventory from the items list. To edit any field click on the field and type in a new number. If will depend on what features you want to change as to whether you can or not. So if you could give us more info on exactly which other features you wanted to change we can advise. Additionally if you are the same poster from Discord - if the character has been really messed up it may just be easier to redo it from scratch.
