Character wizard only giving rogues expertise in thieves' tools

I tried to make a rogue character and the expertise section was completely empty except for thieves' tools. None of the other skills I selected for my character were listed. I think it's a bug caused by one of the recent updates.

If you change tabs it should repopulate that decision. I'll look into why it's not updating.
